“Conditions are Favorable”

39 Weeks! Almost here!

I just got back from my 39 week appointment…Still hanging out at a centimeter, but the doc said it is a “loose” centimeter, my cervix is soft, and I am about 75% effaced! Definitely good news! She has an induction date scheduled for about a week after my due date, but I’m hoping it won’t come to that. Please send some baby-out vibes my way if you get a chance! This has been a relatively easy pregnancy, and I still feel great, but I’m ready to meet the little one. Here is the latest belly pic.

In other news, Cory and I have tentatively chosen a name, but due to our tendency to change our mind, we will not be announcing it until it is official. Thanks to all of those who offered suggestions. There were some good ones!

    Chrissy, you look, well……great!! ……having been there, done that, we know exactly how you feel. its time for sure, but only one person knows when that is, and He is not telling yet. we are sending out the “macdaddy” baby vibes yours and Cory’s way. yeah, we just learned what “macdaddy” means 10 years too late. we hope it works! anyway thanks for the great pic and we will talk to you soon.
